Giro saved me for worse today in a pretty hard crash during training Looking at working people for a change 5h flat ride along the coastline today. After 17,5h in 3 days I have to give my bike a recovery day tomorrow ;-) 5h endurance ride on the lovely Mallorca roads. Got home just in time for 'de Muur', a strong Langeveld today! Good massage by Kemp after a tricky first stage. Surprised myself by never getting in trouble even up-hill. Just filled in my whereabouts for the 2nd quarter of 2011 and timed it: 4m07sec for cleaner cycling! Taking my black beauty out for a ride so I keep up with my colleagues #tirreno-adriatico Recovery day; hangin' with my homey! Improving during the night. Altitude-test powered by b-Cat starts today. Back in business! 45min delay to Madrid, long day supported by SKINS Ready for my first race (test mobypicture)
